ABOUT

25 + years experience

Been With Prairie Design Since 2002

Kyle has more than 27 years of professional design experience in both Minnesota and North Dakota working on a vast array of projects. Some of his most significant experience includes the conception to completion on several skilled nursing care facilities since 2002 with a single not-for-profit organization in Minnesota. Over the last 17+ years, Kyle has worked hand in hand with this organization to be awarded 11 “Exception to the Nursing Home Moratoriums,” which is financially significant for them as each resulted in successful projects. Working closely with this organization has given Kyle extensive experience working with the many governing bodies that directly oversee the life safety and wellbeing of the residents that live in these homes. Kyle has also managed many different projects ranging from industrial steel buildings to pre-cast structures throughout North Dakota such as hog slaughtering facilities and commercial heavy equipment garages. .
